After having my inspection done in NC on Wed, I returned home to PA to have my inspection on the house I'm selling done on Thursday. My house in PA is about 2/3 the size of the house in NC, and the inspector here took just as long to do the inspection, and he checked LESS THAN HALF the things that your inspector did. Your inspector did not miss a thing, and worked in an organzied, well thought out pattern to cover everything. When the office called for payment and I returned the missed call from an unrecognized number, a lady answered and only said her name and that she needed my credit card number. We did read the full report. I do vitrually all my own work and the report provides me with an excellent hit list. Notations on past infestation with termites are well noted, but a moot point. We religiously spray, professionally , every spring.
